UCLA basketball: Tyler Lamb still sick from chicken chili cheese fries

UCLA guard Tyler Lamb said he was still having some trouble keeping food down Wednesday, four days after he ate chicken chili cheese fries that led to gastrointestinal distress for him and fellow freshman Anthony Stover.

Though Lamb said he had been asked not to name the Westwood establishment that served the food, guard Malcolm Lee identified it as Fat Sal's, a deli owned in part by Jerry Ferrara of "Entourage" fame. Other players accompanied Lamb and Stover to the restaurant Saturday night, though no one else ordered the same item.

Lamb said he woke up Sunday morning feeling weak, and he needed intravenous fluids to regain his strength. Lamb played eight minutes Monday against UC Davis. He has been eating mostly bland food in recent days, including peanut-butter-and-jelly sandwiches.

"Just light food," Lamb said. "I can't really eat too much right now."
