Four-star Australian forward Jonah Bolden, who had Indiana, Kentucky and Louisville in his final six, has committed to UCLA, according to multiple reports,including from Scout.com analyst Evan Daniels.
Bolden, a 6-foot-8 player who is spending his senior year at Findlay Prep in Nevada, is ranked as the nation’s No. 30 prospect in 2014 by Scout.com, and UCLA had been seen as well-positioned to land him, and it’s not clear whether the local three schools were really recruiting him with great fervor the past few weeks. He never had a scholarship offer from UK.
SMU and Southern California were other teams on his list.
